Software Implementation and Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Software Implementation and Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing support of our HRMS software at client sites. This role involves a combination of software implementation, client interaction, and technical support. We welcome freshers with a technical background, and the ideal candidate will have a prior work profile in a similar domain.

Responsibilities:

Software Implementation:

  • Conduct on-site installation, configuration, and testing of our HRMS software.
  • Provide training to end-users on the functionalities and features of the HRMS system.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the HRMS software within the client’s HR environment.

Technical Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and technical issues related to the HRMS software.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related problems reported by clients.
  • Provide remote or on-site assistance to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Document and maintain records of support interactions and resolutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Communicate updates, enhancements, and best practices to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to convey client feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Travell

  • Travel to client sites as needed for software implementation, training, and on-site technical support.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and guidelines.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HRMS and software support.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HRMS software and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Prior experience in software implementation or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
